Shaheed Mohsin Naqvi murder case, court seeks records from CTD

Shiite News: The anti-terrorism court in Lahore heard the 26-year-old murder case of prominent poet Mohsin Naqvi Shaheed.

Accused Ajmal alias Akram Lahori has filed a bail application. Anti-Terrorism Court Judge Ijaz Ahmed Buttar heard the case.

The court has asked for the records of the murder case from the CTD for the next hearing.
The court adjourned further hearing till December 17.

The prosecution took the stand that the accused had martyred the famous poet Mohsin Naqvi in Iqbal Town area of Lahore in 1996.

Iqbal Town police station registered a case against accused Ajmal in 1996.

The accused has filed a bail application from the jail through a lawyer.

The accused was imprisoned for twenty-six years in other cases of murder.
