Pak, Iran FMs hold phone talks on important issues
Shiite News: Last night Iranian and Pakistani Foreign Ministers Hussain Amir Abdullahian and Bilawal Bhutto had a telephone conversation on topics of mutual interest as well as the expansion of mutual relations between the two countries, the global situation and especially the problems of Afghanistan and displaced Afghans, an immediate solution was discussed.
On this occasion, Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdullahiyan welcomed Pakistan’s stance on condemning the terrorist attack on the shrine of Imamzada Syed Ahmed bin Musa (peace be upon him) and expressed regret over the recent floods in Pakistan and expressed Iranian willingness to help.
He expressed happiness over the ever-expanding friendly relations between the two countries and emphasized the need for close cooperation between the two countries for the immediate solution of the problems of Afghanistan, especially the homeless Afghans.
On the other hand, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Bilawal Bhutto Zardari also pointed to the historical relations between Iran and Pakistan and the friendly contact between the two countries in various fields and expanding these relations in various fields of bilateral cooperation at the regional and international levels.
At the end, Bilawal Bhutto openly opposed any kind of violent action or terrorist activity during the protest.
