Appointment should be based on merit, don’t want Chief of my choice, IK

Shiite News: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan has said that in the civilized world it cannot happen that criminals decide on important appointments.

“There are allegations against me that, I have made the appointment of the Army Chief controversial, I say that whoever is on merit, appoint him. I don’t want an army chief of my own choice. Unfortunately, the decision of the most important post of Army Chief of National Security is being made in London” said Imran Khan while addressing the long march in Jhang and Lala Musa.
