MWM Karachi plans to expedite political activism

Shiite News: A meeting of the Political Council of Majlis Wahdat Muslimeen (MWM) Pakistan Karachi Division was held on Monday.

Divisional President Allama Sheikh Mohammad Sadiq Jafari presided over the meeting held at Wahdat House Incholi.

The meeting was hosted by Allama Mubasher Hasan, who has recently taken charge of MWM Karachi’s Secretary Political.

Zeeshan Naqvi, Maisam Abidi, Kazim Abbas, Farhan Rizvi, Mohammad Abbas, Zain Rizvi, Sabte Asghar, Kaleem Raza, Farhat Abbas and other leaders participated in the meeting.

On this occasion, Allama Mubasher Hassan criticized the Election Commission for postponing the local elections and said that the repeated postponement of the local elections is an attempt to make the people of Karachi hate the voting process.

In the meeting, the situation of the country, the poor condition of Karachi, the functioning of the organization, and the local government problems were also thoroughly reviewed and the strategy for its remedy was also explained.

During the meeting, the cruel actions and attitudes of other local bodies including K Electric were also condemned and it was decided that if the local government problems are not controlled and efforts are not made to solve the public problems seriously, MWM will call for public protest.

During the meeting, it was decided by all the officials that in this regard, contacts with all political and religious parties will be intensified.
