Shia-Sunni unity conference announces Unanimous declaration

Shiite News: Leaders and scholars of all schools of thought participating in the “Ishq e Payambar e Azam SAW Markaz e Wahdat e Muslimeen Conference” organized by Majlis Wahdat Muslimeen Pakistan on behalf of the MYC Pakistan issued a unanimous declaration.

In the declaration, it was said that the love of the Great Prophet, Hazrat Muhammad Mustafa Khatam-ul-Nabib, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, is as central as the rope of Allah in the Muslim Ummah, and holding it firmly is the guarantee of the salvation of the Islamic Ummah.

Targeting the Holy Prophet is actually a conspiracy to break this centrality, the unity of Muslims on this basis will crush all the dreams of global colonialism and will defeat the agenda of division.

We will continue to support the freedom of Palestine and the right of self-determination of Kashmiris. And continue support a strong and stable Afghanistan and Iran. Pakistan rejects US sanctions against Afghanistan.

Today’s conference believes in the zero tolerance policy against terrorists, urging implementation of the NACTA anti-terrorism laws in its spirit.

And while rejecting negotiations with the terrorists who declared war against the homeland, they supported the awareness of the people of Swat against the foreign agenda and the non-Islamic laws introduced in different periods under pressure in the homeland, such as the Domestic Violence Bill, Transgender Act, The non-Islamic provisions included in waqf properties etc.

The declaration of the conference also contains the renewed commitment that MYC will continue its efforts to form a unified Ummah by uniting all Islamic schools of thought in order to continue this journey of Islamic unity.
