Ameer JI Karachi meets Iranian Consulate General

Shiite News: On the auspicious occasion of the birth anniversary of Hazrat Muhammad Mustafa (PBUH), Ameer Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Karachi Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rahman met Iranian Consul General Hassan Noorian.

On this occasion, the need to unite Muslims was discussed, the hegemonic ambitions of colonialism and their crimes against oppressed Muslim nations were discussed in detail.

Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rahman said during the meeting that Iran and Pakistan as two neighboring Muslim countries should fulfill their mutual needs and should cooperate extensively in the energy sector including crude oil, natural gas, and foodstuffs.

Meanwhile, Iran’s Consul General in Karachi Hassan Noorian stressed the importance of economic development and reiterated that a delegation led by the President of Iran’s Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture will visit Karachi and Lahore in late October.

He further said that business meetings will be held with Sindh Investment Department and other economic institutions of Pakistan including the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry and the Karachi Chamber of Commerce.
