Govt nowhere in affected areas, thousands sitting on roads under the open sky, Domki

Shiite News: Central Secretary of Majlis Wahdatul Muslimeen (MWM) Pakistan, Allama Maqsood Ali Domki, reached Jafarabad district of Balochistan and met the victims, also met the Falah Insaniyat Foundation and other volunteers at the district headquarters Dera Allah Yar.

On this occasion, the Chairman Mourning Council of MWM, Brother Shaman Ali Haidari, Brother Zafar Ali, Maulana Muhammad Sachal Sadiqi, Maulana Muhammad Hussain Jaskani, Journalist Nazir Hussain Domki, Bashir Ahmad Domki and MWM workers were also present.

Allama Maqsood Ali Domki visited the affected village and inspected the affected houses and the mosque where houses were still submerged in water.

Speaking on this occasion, Allama Maqsood Ali Domki said that in this hour of difficulty, welfare organizations and the entire nation should come forward to help the victims.

He said that the heart of the entire nation beats with the people of Balochistan and it is necessary to end the oppression and deprivation of Balochistan.

The federal and provincial governments should help the victims through practical measures instead of just lip service and tall claims.

Unfortunately, the government is nowhere to be seen in the affected areas, thousands of people are sitting on the roads under the open sky, but no one has a tent. In the sun and rain, people are using plastic bags and cloth sheets as tents.

He said that the workers of Majlis Wahdat Muslimeen are with the victims in this hour of pain.
