Murtaza Wahab participates in Iranian Tourism, Culture Conference
Shiite News: Administrator Karachi Barrister Murtaza Wahab on Thursday said that there are a number of good tourist places in Pakistan and Iran, where tourists from both countries can further promote brotherly relations by visiting, Iranian tourists must visit Pakistani tourist places.
Sindh welcomes the delegation led by Iran’s Deputy Minister of Tourism and Handicrafts Ali Asqar Shil Bafian.
He expressed these views while addressing the second conference on Tourism, Culture and Handicraft organized by the Consulate of Islamic Republic of Iran in a local hotel in Karachi.
On this occasion, Iran’s Deputy Minister of Tourism and Handicrafts Ali Asqar Shil Bafian, Iranian Consul General Hussain Nooryan posted in Karachi, Deputy Governor of Fars Province Farooq Zada, Director General of Tourism and Handicrafts Syed Javed Mousafi, Secretary Tourism Naseem Al Ghani and others were also present.
Barrister Murtaza Wahab said that we want to promote religious tourism, there are many holy places in Iran, where people go for pilgrimage.
He said that there are modern health facilities in Sindh province and many hospitals where people from abroad come for treatment.
Wahab said that I eat Iranian food with great passion and when I asked the Consul General of Iran where to get the best Iranian food, he said at my house.
Iranian Deputy Minister of Tourism and Handicrafts Ali Asqar Shil Bafian while addressing the conference said that Iran is a country of 84 million people, the exchange of tourists between Pakistan and Iran gives new ideas, both countries can boost their economy by promoting the tourism sector.
He said that I am happy to come to Pakistan and especially Karachi that special interest is being taken in the tourism sector.
Iran has made great progress in the field of engineering and medicine, both countries can benefit from each other’s experiences.
Iranian Consul General Hussain Noorian said that Pakistan and Iran are two neighboring Islamic countries.
In June 2022, Pakistan’s Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto visited Iran. Direct flights from 5 different cities of Pakistan have been started to promote religious tourism.
Iran is ready to cooperate fully for Mashhad flights from Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar, Islamabad and Quetta.
Iranian Consul General Hussain Noorian said that there are good relations between the two countries, there is a need to move forward in other areas as well, this will stabilize the economy.
He said that Iran’s hospitals and medical centers are ready to provide all kinds of medical facilities, we have always cooperated with brotherly Muslim countries.
At the end of the ceremony shields were presented to Barrister Murtaza Wahab, Secretary Tourism Naseem Al Ghani and representatives of various travel agencies of Pakistan.
