Govt urged to curb corruption of influential people in aid supplies distribution to victims, Allama Domki

Shiite News: Majlis Wahdatul Muslimeen (MWM) Pakistan Central Secretary Organization Maqsood Ali Domki said that the aid received by the government should be protected from the corruption of influential people and should be delivered to the victims.

“Rain and floods have caused havoc in Balochistan and Sindh. Due to the continuous rain for several days, the houses of the poor have collapsed and all their belongings have been soaked. The poor are worried about shelter and two meals a day owing to continuous rain, business life is suspended and daily wage workers are sitting idle” MWM leader maintained in press statement.

Government and welfare organizations came forward to help the oppressed and helpless people. Many precious human lives have been lost due to rains and floods, while the hardships of poor people will increase due to malnutrition and poverty.
