Musical, political events allowed at any time, then why Majlis-e-Aza timing fixed ? says Asad Naqvi

Shiite News: Central Secretary Political Majlis Wahdatul Muslimeen (MWM) Pakistan Syed Asad Abbas Naqvi has said that if the Musical and political events allowed at any time in every where Pakistan, then why Majlis-e-Aza Imam Hussain A.S barred and timing fixed ?

“Pakistan was achieved in the name of Islam and it is written in our constitution that every Pakistani will get freedom according to its religion. Unfortunately, as soon as Muharram-ul-Haram starts, an atmosphere is created that there is a peace and order problem, even though mourning for the grandson of the Prophet (PBUH) is not a peace problem, it is a conspiracy of Jews and Hindus and condemnable” he expressed these views while holding a press conference at Multan Press Club along with other leaders. Central Deputy Secretary General Saleem Abbas Siddiqui, Provincial President Allama Iqtar Hussain Naqvi, Provincial Leaders Zaeem Zaidi, Dilawar Zaidi, Wasim Zaidi, Muhammad Asghar Taqi, District President Maulana Wasim Abbas Masoumi.

Asad Abbas Naqvi further said that Majlis Aza, which is observed in memory of the Prophet’s grandson (A.S), is made an issue and required its permission. Despite of the fact that it is our constitutional right to hold the majlis-e-Aza inside the house or inside the imambargah, we have freedom under the constitution of Pakistan. The FIRs against azadari programs are reprehensible, we demand that these FIRs be withdrawn immediately.

He said that in some places it has come to know that there have been FIRs for delays of 10 to 15 minutes in timing due to weather conditions in Jaloos-e-Aza, which is condemnable.

Although the timing of any musical program or political meeting is not fixed, but the time to commemorate the grandson of the Prophet is fixed, the government of Pakistan should withdraw this law and every person should be given the right to freedom of speech.

During this Muharram-e-Haram, a conspiracy was made against the Sabeel of Sunni brothers, who were especially targeted by the Takfiri forces within Sindh, but the Sindh government has not taken any action till date.
Action should be taken immediately and action should be taken against the people who stopped the Ahlysunnat to commemorate the martyrs of Karbala.

Police shelling of houses of mourners in Khairpur Sindh is a reprehensible act. On behalf of the Sindh government, the responsible police officers should be suspended immediately and disciplinary action should be taken.
