ATC releases mourner by efforts of SUC

The anti-terrorism court has approved the bail of all the mourners named in the case filed against mourners under anti-terrorism provisions as a balance policy in Khairpur.

After the attack by the terrorists of the outlawed Sipah Sahabah on rituals of Muharram on 10th of Muharram, a number of mourners named in the FIR registered by the Khairpur police.

On the instructions of Allama Syed Asad Iqbal Zaidi, President of Shia Ulema Council Pakistan Sindh, Muharram Committee, Advocate Syed Shahbaz Ali Shah of District Khairpur and Advocate Ali Akbar of Legal Committee of Shia Coordination Council Khairpur, achieved the bail.

The Shia Ulema Council of Sindh Province has expressed special thanks to Advocate Mr. Sajjad Hussain Kolachi and Advocate Moazzam Ali Baloch for their special support in granting the bail of Azadaran Hussaini, whose support made these bails possible.
