I testify OBL, Mehsud and Saeed have nothing to do with Shia Genocide, Allama Sajid Naqvi
Shiite News: The head of Shia Ulema Council (SUC) of Pakistan, Allama Syed Sajid Ali Naqvi, has said that the country is passing through the most critical period in history, on one hand, the country is suffering from the political and economic crisis, on the other hand, peoples are deprived of their civil and religious liberties.
FIRs on Azadari of Imam Hussain A.S, illegal fourth schedule, bans on speech, and notifications of restrictions on people’s movement in their own country, it is clear that the current system of the country is being pushed towards destruction intentionally or unknowingly.
Allama Syed Sajid Ali Naqvi while addressing the “Ulama o Zakireen Conference” organized by SUC Pakistan at Jinnah Convention Center Islamabad clarified that there is a dire need to make the rule of law effective in the country.
Refrain from banning religious and civil liberties. Rejecting unnecessary restrictions before the upcoming Muharram, he said that no restriction should be accepted on Azadari-e-Imam Hussain A.S as it is the fundamental civil and religious right of the people.
He said that how this situation happened, I am fully aware, Osama bin Laden, Hakeemullah Mehsud did not kill us, Shiite people in Pakistan not killed by Hafiz Saeed of Lashkar-e-Taiba, I spoke to everyone, I sent a message to Osama bin Laden, he said that this is not our issue.
I sent a large delegation to Hakimullah Mehsud, he replied that this is not our mission, if some wrongdoers infiltrated our ranks, that is a different matter. I directly spoke to Hafiz Saeed, the head of Lashkar-e-Taiba, he also clarified that we cannot harm our cause by doing such things.
I testify that these people are not involved in Shia genocide, I do not talk about sects, my problem is Takfiriyat in Pakistan.
Earlier, Ayatollah Allama Hafiz Riaz Hussain Najafi, Allama Sheikh Mohsin Ali Najafi, Allama Dr. Shabir Hasan Maisami, Allama Iftikhar Hussain Naqvi, Allama Arif Hussain Wahidi, Allama Muhammad Ramzan Toqeer, Allama Sheikh Shifa Najafi, Allama Juma Asadi, Allama Syed Sibtain Haider Sabzwari, Allama Syed Nazer Abbas Taqvi, Sheikh Mirza Ali, Mufti Kifayat, Zahid Ali Akhunzada, Maulana Baqir Zaidi and Maulana Nisar Ahmad Qalandari, Allama Muhammad Hussain Akbar, Maulana Baqir Ali Haidari, Maulana Syed Baqir Zaidi, Allama Muhammad Karrar, Allama Syed Azhar Abbas Shirazi, Syed Muhammad Naqi Rizvi, Pir Syed Najaf Ali Shah Bilot Sharif, and other eminent scholars and speakers declared the FIRs against Azadari-e-Imam Hussain A.S as unconstitutional.
The speakers also rejected the pilgrim policy formulated by the previous government and said that this tactic cannot prevent people from going on holy pilgrimages.
The speakers termed the changes in the education curriculum as unnecessary and demanded to include the recommendations of Shia Wifaq-ul-Maddaris. At the end of the conference, 14-point resolutions were also approved by the scholars.
