Intellectual session held to commemorate anniversary of Shaheed Dr Ghulam Muhammad Fakhruddin
Shiite News: An intellectual session was held on Saturday night to commemorate the anniversary of Shaheed Dr Ghulam Muhammad Fakhruddin by the close friends of former president of Majlis-e-Wahdat Muslimeen Qom, Shaheed Allama Ghulam Muhammad Fakhr-ud-Din.
During the Session close ideological friends of the martyr shed light on various aspects of his life. The session began with the recitation of the Holy Qur’an. After that, senior organizational colleague Ali Noori introduced the participants.
The session was chaired by Allama Sheikh Sikandar Ali Beheshti. They discussed the need to keep intellectuals and their services alive. Beheshti paid tributes to his friends for holding this meeting in the memory of Shaheed Fakhr-ud-Din.
Allama Sheikh Ejaz Beheshti, Central Deputy General Secretary of Majlis Wahdatul Muslimeen, said that Shaheed Fakhr-ud-Din completed his education in a short period of time, which is a sign of his high intellectual potential.
An important feature of the late was his habit of continuous study and ability to memorize. So he completed seminary preliminary education in three years and completed higher education of seminary in six years.
At Mustafa University, Shaheed made a name for himself in both the academic field and oratory. Another important characteristic of a martyr was his constant effort. He slept less and spent hours debating and studying.
The third important feature is their high position in spirituality. He used to attend the congregational prayers of Ayatollah Bahjat and he was considered one of his close ones. The fourth important feature was his comprehensive personality.
Experts in one field are often found in religious centers, but there is a dearth of people with comprehensive qualities in every respect. The martyr was counted among the special disciples of Ayatollah Ma’rifat. He used to ask them various complex questions in teaching. A team was formed in Iran to identify talented personalities. The team selected Shaheed Fakhruddin as one of the prominent personalities of Pakistan. On one occasion, martyr was selected from among the students for a short speech by the Jamiat-ul-Mustafa on the arrival of the leader in Qom.
Allama Raja Nasir called Shaheed Fakhr-ud-Din a great scholar and invited him to come to Pakistan. The martyrdom of a Shaheed-e-Mina is a secret. Kachu Zahid Ali Khan, Organizational Friend of Shaheed Fakhr-ud-Din, while discussing the topic of martyrdom and organizational and national issues, said that Shaheed was one of the few people who groomed ISO. He played a pivotal role in the Jaffaria movement, especially during the time of Shaheed Arif and in the early days of Allama Sajid Naqvi’s leadership. In the election boycott movement, Shaheed Fakhr-ud-Din took full part in the campaign against the government. On his return from Iran, he attached great importance to two issues: the defense of the Nizam-e-Wilayat-e-Faqih and the introduction of the Supreme Leader’s leadership.
Baradar Muhammad Hussain Haji Agha, a close friend of Shaheed and a college fellow, son of former Quaid-e-Baltistan, former Divisional President of ISO Pakistan Baltistan, while recalling the organizational and student days of Shaheed, said that since joining ISO , Deep friendship with the martyr. The martyr had some virtues, which Allah had bestowed on him. Ever since he was a student, he used to discuss religious and political issues.
Muhammad Kazim Motahhari, a senior student of Al-Najaf University, introduced his thesis on Shaheed Fakhr-ud-Din and said that during this research, many moral attributes of Shaheed were revealed to me through various interviews.
At the end of the session, Ali Noori, former Divisional President of ISO Pakistan Baltistan and Chairman Al-Huda Foundation presented his dissertation on Shaheed and discussed the prominent features of Shaheed Fakhruddin and our responsibility.
