Solemnizing Nikkah of Dua Zahra in absence of Wali is a question mark on State laws, Arbab
Shiite News: Solemnizing Nikkah of underage Dua Zahra in absence of her Wali (Guardian) is a question mark on laws of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, this was said by MWM leader from Quetta City Arbab Liaqat Ali Hazara on Sunday.
“Some elements through the unlawful marriage of Dua Zahra trying to promote unethical practices in Pakistani Islamic society, the solemnizing of nikkah of immature juvenile in the absence of her brother or father ( the legal guardians ) is against Islamic Sharia and considered as a sin”, maintained MWM leader.
A so called journalist who is actually just an ordinary tik toker trying to get attention and views through his negative propaganda on the case, such negative and unethical practice would never be allowed.
Arbab appealed to the higher judiciary of the country to fulfil all the requirements of justice avoiding any complications in Dua Zahra case and handover the daughter to their parents.
