Reformation of Mutehda Quran Board Punjab, Shia Scholars are included

Shiite News: Mutehda Quran Board, Punjab has reformed, and the Head of Sunni Etihad Council, Sahibzada Hamid Raza has been appointed as Chairman of it while 16 Scholars, Expert Educationists, 7 Officers, and 4 Volunteers are also included.

Scholars represent all four Schools of thoughts Barelvi, Deobandi, Ahle Hadith, Ahle Tashaue. Their names are Khawaja Qamaruddin Jamali, Mufti Karim Khan, Professor Akhtar Kalsoom, Dr. Abdul Ghaffor Rashid, Maulana Fazal Rahim, Hafiz Abdul Wahad Ropari, Maulana Mubbarak Ali Mausuvi, Maulana Hasnain Abbas Girdazi, Maulana Hafiz Haider Naqvi and others.

Chairman Board said that all appointments are based on merit, and members are experts of the Holy Quran as per their experiences. It is the first time that expert women of all schools of thought are representing the Board as per rules.
