Court rejected case of unnatural offence against accused of rape Mufti Shahnawaz

Shiite News: Police has submitted report of medical test of 16 year old Madarsa Jamia Tuba Zia Lilbinat, Rawalpindi in the court of civil Judge Nosheen Zartaj which confirm rape of said student reportedly committed by Mufti Shahnawaz. On this report court ordered complainant to undergo to DNA test on the request of investigation team while accused who is currently on bail also appealed for bail of Rs.50,000 for protection from Police which has granted from the court. Police add new provision of unnatural offence i.e 377 PPC to arrest the accused which has been rejected.

This is to be remembered that accused was released on bail by the court of Senior Additional District and Session Judge a few days ago and this decision cannot be reverted by any junior civil judge while concerned court ordered to form JIT against accused and stop IO police from investigation. While giving remarks court said that cases is very sensitive and only JIT can investigate it. On this occasion Civil Judge rejected the pray for arrest of accused which spread the panic among police officials and investigation team, concerned SHO, DSP reached at the office SP investigation to decide further detention or release of accused while accused is still under the custody of Police.
