Interfaith harmony marks JDC Eid Miladul Nabi celebrations in Karachi where Christians, Hindus, Sikhs also participated, let alone Muslims.

Jafaria Disaster Management Cell (JDC) celebrates birth anniversary of Prophet Mohammad – Eid Miladul Nabi – every year.

Interfaith harmony marks JDC Eid Miladul Nabi celebrations

It holds a unique event in which volunteers lighten record earthen lamp in Eid Miladul Nabi (PBUH) vigil.

Politicians such as former Senator Faisal Raza Abedi, former leader of MQM Farooq Sattar, PTI’s legislator Alamgir Khan, incumbent MQM leader Amir Khan, PSP’s Waseem Aftab and Dr Sagheer also attended.

The JDC’s celebrations have become a show of unity of Sunni-Shia Muslims as well as interfaith harmony.

Renowned clerics Mufti Gulzar Naeemi, Mufti Shehryar Dawood, Jafarul Hassan Thanvi, Matloob Awan Qadri, Hindu community’s leader Vijay Maharaj and other faith leaders also attended the celebrations.

Meanwhile, JDC chairman Zafar Naqvi thanked clerics, politicians and general public for their huge participation at Milad-e-Mustafa (PBUH) Conference.

Unfortunately, the JDC had to delay its celebrations due to denial of permission from Sindh government.

JDC – Jafaria Disaster Management Cell – is an NGO that serves humanity without any discrimination.

Later, the Sindh govt allowed outlawed terror outfit Sipah Sahaba ASWJ to hold event and disallows JDC to organise its annual Eid Miladul Nabi celebrations.

People of Sindh province call it hypocrisy of Sindh government that on one hand it had had not permitted JDC to celebrate birth anniversary of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) in Karachi.

Sindh government issued permission to outlawed Sipah Sahaba – ASWJ terror outfit – mother wing of Lashkar-e-Jhangvi to hold event in Mirpurkhas. Sipah Sahaba uses fake names such as Seerat Committee during the month of Rabiul Awwal.

Pakistani nation knows outlawed Sipah Sahaba terrorist outfit as mother of all terrorism in Pakistan since late 1980s.
