Afghan Forces kill 2 Daesh terrorists

The Afghan military officials said on Thursday that the special forces conducted an operation against Daesh-Khurasan militants in Deh Bala district of Nangarhar, killing 2 daesh terrorists.

The anti-government armed elements have not commented regarding the operation so far.

The security situation in Nangarhar has deteriorated during the recent months, The Khaama Press News Agency reported.

Both Taliban and Daesh militants are active in some districts of the province and often conduct terrorist activities.

Meanwhile, the Afghan forces routinely conduct counter-terrorism operations against the anti-government armed groups in this province.
