TTP terrorist arrested in CTD police raid in Bahawalnagar

The Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) arrested another notorious terrorist of banned Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) in a raid in Bahawalnagar.
Most importantly, the CTD foiled a terror attack by that arrest after a tip-off regarding presence of a terrorist.
Furthermore, that terrorist remained near Basti Khalidabad on Haroonabad Road in the suburbs.
The CTD conducted a raid and caught Umar Khurshid son of Khurshid Khan, resident of Jandali, Tehsil Rawalakot, District Poonch, AJK.
In that raid, the CTD officials recovered explosives weighing 450 grams, 3 ft safety fuse a non-electric detonator.
The officials also said the terrorist was planning terror attack on sensitive installation in the district.
