Cameraman of a news channel taken into undeclared custody in Karachi

Security officials continue to disregard the Constitution of Pakistan by their crackdown on media persons in Karachi where cameraman of a private TV channel was reported as a second victim of undeclared and illegal arrest.

Syed Ali Mubashir Naqvi, a cameraman at a private news channel, was whisked away from the parking lot of his office in Korangi Industrial Area late on Monday night.
Earlier, Syed Matloob Hussain Mousavi was taken into illegal custody in Salman Farsi Colony Malir.
On the one hand, journalist community has been irked by crackdown on media persons since security officials uncalled for raid on Karachi Press Club and on the other many other communities, including Shia Muslims, have been complaining of enforced disappearance of their bread-earners.
