Shiite News Correspondent reported here on Wednesday that like Shia Muslims of other parts of the world, Shiites of Mirpurkhas’ Digri area, were also celebrating the holy month of Rajab in which the birth anniversaries of some infallible Imams including Hazrat Ali (AS), fall.

They had decorated their areas with posters, panaflex, portraits and buntings. One huge poster had a beautiful picture of Khana-e-Ka’aba that also reflected a scene marking the birth anniversary of Imam Ali (AS).

Taking the advantage of darkness during Tuesday night, Yazidi nasbi takfiri terrorists and fanatics, stormed into the area of Mohammad Chowk of Digri and tore the huge poster desecrating the sanctity of the infallible leader of Islam and Khana-e-Ka’aba.

Residents of the area identified the Yazidi takfiri nasbi terrorists of banned terrorist outfit Sipah-e-Sahaba (ASWJ) as Umer, Mir M Talpur, Mir Hafez, Zahid, Ma’az, Jani Khaskheli, Gudu Mir and Faisal Leghari. Two Yazidi fanatics from Nohani clan and 3 from Pathan were also seen along with them.

Under the aegis of Majlis-e-Wahdat-e-Muslimeen, led by Syed Bashir Shah, Shiites began gathering in their area, and marched towards Mohammadi Chowk where they staged a sit-in that lasted for 6 hours. They were raising slogans against the Yazidi terrorists and demanding action against them.
