Abdullah-mutaheriMajlis-e-Wahdat-e-Muslimeen has vowed that they would hold anti-Taliban “Labbaik Ya Rasoolullah (PBUH) Conference” in Khairpur on Sunday March 16.

“Government, police and local administration must get our message clear that we shall hold anti-terrorism conference in Khairpur and if not permitted then we shall also hold the conference outside CM House in Karachi simultaneously,” Abdullah Mutaheri, political affairs secretary, Majlis-e-Wahdat-e-Muslimeen Sindh chapter warned at a press conference here on Wednesday.

Ali Hussain Naqvi, Mubashir Hassan Zaidi and Maulana Ali Anwar Naqvi of the MWM were also present at Pak Moharram Hall.

Abdullah Mutaheri further said that peaceful Sunni and Shia Muslims have finalized their program to attend largely in the anti-Taliban and pro-peaceful-Pakistan conference. He advised the government, police and local administration not to side with the pro-Taliban banned terrorist outfits by withdrawing the permission for conference at Mumtaz Stadium.

“Local administration had earlier permitted us to hold the conference but now they are withdrawing that permission under influence and under the conspiracies of the black sheep within the administration,” he argued.

The MWM official said that lives of peaceful and law abiding Sunni and Shiites have been made miserable through terrorist attacks and government failed to shoulder its responsibility in this connection. He said that three Shia Muslims were martyred during last 24 hours due to pro-terrorists approach of the government.

“Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jafari of the MWM, Sahibzada Hamid Raza of Sunni Ittehad Council, Senator Faisal Raza Abedi and other Sunni and Shia leaders will speak at the Labbaik Ya Rasoolullah (peace be upon him) Conference,” he announced.
