Imran Khan’s party leaders demand support to operation against TTP terrorists

Mainstream media didn’t report the inside story of the Core Committee meeting of Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf where many leaders demanded the party leadership to change pro-talks policy by supporting the military operation against the Taliban terrorists.

Shiite News Monitoring Desk reported here that an Urdu Daily Dunya’s published report (Wednesday) said many members of the core committee opposed the pro-talks policy of the PTI leadership to deal with the issue of terrorism in Pakistan. There was a hot debate and hot words were also exchanged between the anti-talks and pro-talks leaders of Imran Khan-led party.

Imran Khan floated the idea of continuation of the pro-talks policy but many members of the committee were angered by the massacre of kidnapped FC cops and they rejected the idea saying it is illogical and unfair to support those beasts who kept killing innocent people.

Finally, they issued a statement that condemned the massacre of FC cops and demanded a ceasefire from the TTP.
