Supporters remember martyr Allama Jalbani thru candle-light vigils

chiragCandle-light vigils were held on Saturday night to commemorate the martyrdoms of Allama Deedar Jalbani, deputy secretary general of Majlis-e-Wahdat-e-Muslimeen and his guard.
The mourners light candles along the main university road near NED University where they embraced martyrdoms due to terrorists’ attack on their car. Another candle-light vigil was observed at Numaish Chowrangi.

Supporters of the Majlis-e-Wahdat-e-Muslimeen and lovers of the martyrs largely attended these congregations, offer fateha and paid respect to the departed souls. They were emotional and many were seen sobbing at said two venues.

Women and children also went to light the candles to mark solidarity with the heirs and relatives of the martyrs who were slain on Tuesday.

Allama Sadiq Raza Taqvi, deputy secretary general of the MWM Sindh, Hassan Hashmi and Ali Hussain Naqvi of MWM Karachi chapter also paid visits and spoke to the mourners.

They said that martyrs remain alive and remaining people remember them and refresh the memories of martyrs. They said that the terrorists who had imposed a war have failed to attain their target by these targeted assassinations. They said that the followers of infallible leaders of Islam would continue to follow their true teachings come what may.
