Five people martyred in Kurram Agency attack of Taliban

Five Shiaâ€™s of Kurram Agency belongs from Turi Tribe were martyred in the attack of Taliban terrorists in Lower Kurram Agency in between Saturday and Sunday.

According to the Shiite News Correspondent, Â The Talibanâ€™s terrorists of Waziristan and Orakzai agencies were attacked the Shia population of lower Kurram areas of BaleshKhal and Khavas on late Saturday night but the brave people of Balesh Khal and Khavas were defeated the Taliban terrorists in their attack.

The members of Hazarat Abbas Alamdar (as) Foundation Ishaq Ali, Kausar Ali, Mujahid Hussain, Dildar Hussain and another member were martyred in the Talibanâ€™s attack and 72 others injured in the attack. The injured were admitted to hospitals in Sadda tehsil and the agencies headquarter in Parachinar.

Scores of Talibanâ€™s were killed in the defensive attack of the Balishkhal and Khavas momineenâ€™s. However the bodies of four Taliban terrorists were found from the area.

Meanwhile, The meeting of Tribal elders of Kurram Agency has condemned the attack of Taliban on the Shia villages of BalishKhel and Khavas and demanded of the government to immediately stop the influx of the Taliban terrorists from Waziristan and Orakzai agency.

They criticized the silence of the government and law enforcement agencies on the attack on Taliban terrorists adding that the Taliban attacked the Kurram Agency during the visit of Corp Commander Peshawar of Pakistan Army.

They hailed the announcement of Corp Commander Peshawar of Pakistan Army to start the operation against the militants in Kurram Agency.
