Drone attack leaves seven people dead in Qila Saifullah house?

At least seven people were killed and five injured in a blast at a house in Qila Saifullah area of Balochistan on Thursday night for which rumours were rife that it was result of a US drone attack on a Deobandi cleric’s house. However, Balochistan Home Minister rebuffed the speculation saying no such evidence was found.

The injured were shifted to the Civil hospital Qila Saifullah, where emergency had been imposed.
According to the initial report by the Bomb Disposal Squad, at least 1200kg of explosive material was used in the explosion.
The house wracked by the explosion eventually demolished.
Following the explosion, the deputy commissioner of the area said the rescue and local authorities were clearing out the rubble from the blast site.
Further investigation regarding the nature of the explosion is underway, the deputy commissioner added.
