Nasir Shirazi shifted to another torture cell amid mounting pressure on Rana Sanaullah

Reports had it that Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah, facing immense pressure from all the Opposition parties and religio-political parties, has shifted Syed Nasir Abbas Shirazi from present place of captivity to another torture cell.

Rana Sanaullah got him shifted fearing that whereabouts of Nasir Shirazi could be made known because other security agencies have been activated on the pressure of the Opposition parties to get him free from the captivity.
Nasir Shirazi was kidnapped from Lahore Wapda Town on November 1 and since then he has been subjected to the enforced disappearance.
MWM’s deputy secretary general Nasir Shirazi advocate had filed a petition to seek disqualification Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah over his statement against a respectable judge because of his inquiry report regarding the Lahore Model Town carnage that has irked Rana Sana and Punjab government.
Shirazi’s family and his party MWM say that Punjab Chief Minister, Punjab Law Minister, Police officer Rai Tahir and CM Punjab’s son Hamza Shahbaz were involved in his kidnapping to victimize him for political opposition. Shirazi is being tortured, it has been reported.
