MWM announces support for PTI contestant in by-election from NA 120 Lahore

Majlis-e-Wahdat-e-Muslimeen has announced its support to the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s electoral contestant in the by-election to National Assembly from Lahore constituency NA-120.

The support was announced after a meeting between the top leadership of MWM and PTI in Lahore where MWM delegation comprised of Allama Ahmed Iqbal Rizvi, Allama Mubarak Mousavi, Nasir Shirazi, asad Abbas Naqvi and PTI’s team was led by its chairman Imran Khan while Shafqat Mehmood, Aleem Khan and Andleeb Abbas and the electoral contender Yasmin Rashid were also present.
Allama Ahmed Iqbal who led the MWM delegation said that MWM appreciated the PTI struggle against corruption in the country.
Imran Khan thanked MWM leaders over their electoral support in the by-election. He vowed that both parties would continue to work together on key national issues.
