Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (PEMRA) has banned the Wisal TV channel broadcast in Pakistan due to mounting pressure of patriot and peace loving Pakistanis on social media. The credit also goes to the team Shiite News who raised voice against the hypocrisy of the biased PEMRA chairman who had to take decision because his double standards were exposed.

The PEMRA authorities have warned the cable operators that stern action would be taken against those who aired the Wisal TV channel through their networks in Pakistan.
Wisal TV channel is based in Saudi city Jeddah from where it airs programmes to divide Muslims on sectarian grounds and promoted intolerant and pro-terrorists Wahhabi takfiri ideology. The Wisal TV has always plotted to mislead Muslims about Shia Islam and Shia Muslims through false and malicious propaganda.
Its broadcast is encouraging and emboldening the takfiris and Wahhabi terrorists such as al-Qaeda, Daesh, Nusra Front, etc., who are followers of Mohammed bin Abdul Wahhab al Nejdi, the ideological godfather of Saudi Wahhabi kingdom and its official sect Wahhabism.
