The place of martyrdom named after great martyr Khurram Zaki

Lovers and admirers of human rights activist Khurram Zaki gathered at the place of his martyrdom and held a candle vigil on his first martyrdom anniversary and named the place as Shaheed Khurram Zaki Chowk.

They lightened candles and earthen lamps to pay respect and tributes to Khurram Zaki.
Notorious terrorists of banned Deobandi takfiri outfit and supporters of Abdul Aziz of Masjid-e-Zarrar Islamabad aka Lal Masjid sprayed volleys of bullets at him in North Karachi last year. Hence, the place was named after him as Shaheed Khurram Zaki Chowk.
