Terrorists use internet café to plan attacks, says IG Sindh Police

Inspector General of Police Sindh, Allah Dino alias AD Khwaja has said that the terrorists plan attacks through use of internet café hence the owners of the internet café should maintain complete record of the visitors.

He made this disclosure in a letter to the Secretary of the Home Department, Government of Sindh. He said that it was revealed in some high profile cases that terrorists contact each other and communicate messages by use of internet at the internet café.
IG Sindh Police said that terrorists do so to hoodwink security agencies hence the internet café owners should be directed to maintain record of their visitors.
