Terrorists attack on MWM Election Office of NA-73 Bhakkar

Notorious terrorists of outlawed Sipah-e-Sahaba/Lashkar-e-Jhangvi attacked an election office of the MWM’s candidate from NA-73 Tehsil Darya Khan of Bhakkar district Punjab.

The terrorists opened fire upon the election office of Ahsanullah, an electoral contestant of Majlis-e- Wahdat-e-Muslimeen in Darya Khan. The attack took place at night when the area was plunged into darkness due to power loadshedding and it was raining in the area. Hence, the attackers managed to escape. Since Ahsanullah was engaged in election campaign and he was not at the office, therefore no loss was caused.

The MWM Bhakkar chapter condemned the attack and called an emergent meeting to discuss future course of action. Bhakkar is the district of Punjab that is situated on the inter-provincial border with Khyber-Pukhtoonkhwa province whose district Dera Ismail Kahn is situated on the other side. The DI Khan remained under constant attack by the outlawed terrorist group Taliban.
