State Historical Facts But Avoid Provocation: Allama Shabbir Maisami

Shiite News: Addressing the Friday prayer sermon at Masjid wa Imambargah Baqiyatullah, DHA Karachi, Allama Dr. Shabbir Hasan Maisami has emphasized commemorating Ayyam-e-Fatimiya in a scholarly, religious, and positive manner. He said that the greatness and victimhood of Hazrat Fatima Zahra (peace be upon her) should be presented with arguments and evidence; however, unnecessary provocation and insult should be completely avoided while stating historical facts.

According to details, Allama Shabbir Hasan Maisami explained the status and rank of Sayyida Zahra (peace be upon her) in the light of Quranic verses and Prophetic traditions. He made a special appeal to scholars and reciters to narrate historical injustices in gatherings with authentic references, but to avoid sarcasm and invective so that tension is not created in society. He clarified that Pakistan cannot bear any new internal unrest or sectarian confrontation.

In his second sermon, he expressed concern over the growing terrorism in Pakistan and demanded that responsible circles act with deliberation and seriousness. He also emphasized the regional situation, tensions in the Middle East, and the importance of Pakistan-Iran brotherly relations. Allama Maisami, highlighting the issues of the Muslim Ummah including Yemen and Palestine, said that Muslim countries will have to awaken to protect their sovereignty and resources. In the end, he offered special prayers for the unity of the Islamic world, peace and stability, and the end of wars.
