JSO Central President Expresses Condolences on the Passing of Agha Abbas Rizvi

Shiite News: Syed Fatah Muhammad Rizvi, central president of the Jafaria Students Organization Pakistan (JSO), expressed deep sorrow and grief over the tragic passing of Hujjat al-Islam wal-Muslimeen Allama Agha Syed Muhammad Abbas Rizvi. He extended heartfelt condolences to the deceased’s family, relatives, friends, colleagues and all those mourning his death.

He said that the late scholar was among the loyal, sincere and long-standing associates of Pakistan’s Quaid-e-Millat-e-Jafria, Allama Syed Sajid Ali Naqvi, and had played an active role alongside him in religious and community-oriented efforts.

Syed Fatah Muhammad Rizvi said that Agha Syed Abbas Rizvi rendered significant organizational and community services as central vice president of the Shia Ulema Council Pakistan and former provincial president of Gilgit-Baltistan. He also served the public as a member of the Gilgit-Baltistan Legislative Assembly Council and twice as president of Anjuman-e-Imamia Gilgit-Baltistan.

He said the late scholar’s personality was an embodiment of simplicity, dignity, self-respect, truthfulness and adherence to principles, and that his passing was a major loss for religious and community circles.
