Joint CTD-Rangers Operation Leads to Arrest of Alleged Banned Sipah-e-Sahaba Terrorist

Shiite News: Pakistan Rangers Sindh and the Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) conducted a joint operation based on intelligence information and arrested an alleged militant affiliated with Fitna al-Khawarij in Jacob Lines, Jamshed Town.

According to a spokesperson for Pakistan Rangers Sindh, the arrested suspect was identified as Shehzad alias Dingar, who was reportedly associated with the Mansoor group of the banned Sipah-e-Sahaba.

Weapons and ammunition were also recovered from the suspect during the operation.

According to the Rangers spokesperson, a militant identified as Mansoor had assigned Shehzad the task of collecting funds for the organization in Karachi. The funds were reportedly transferred to Waziristan through Easypaisa accounts and allegedly used in various terrorist activities.

The suspect had also reportedly traveled to Waziristan for clandestine meetings with Mansoor, including a meeting in Bermal in June 2026.
