Allama Iftikhar Naqvi Meets Jamaat-e-Islami Leadership, Pays Tribute to Late Ameer-ul-Azeem and Stresses National Unity

Shiite News: Allama Syed Iftikhar Hussain Naqvi met with the leadership of Jamaat-e-Islami, where he paid tribute to the late Ameer-ul-Azeem for his religious and national services. He said the late leader played a valuable role in promoting Muslim unity, inter-sect harmony, and national cohesion, and that his contributions would always be remembered.

During the meeting, Fatiha was offered for the departed soul of Ameer-ul-Azeem, and prayers were made for patience and strength for his family, the leadership of Jamaat-e-Islami, and its members.

The participants also held detailed discussions on the current political situation in the Middle East, the challenges facing the Muslim Ummah, inter-sect harmony, national unity, mutual cooperation, and other important national and international issues.

Accompanying Allama Iftikhar Hussain Naqvi were senior Shia Ulema Council Pakistan leader Allama Hafiz Syed Kazim Raza Naqvi, Shia Ulema Council Lahore President Chaudhry Sagheer Abbas Warraich, and Brother Sajid Naqvi. Representing Jamaat-e-Islami were Acting Secretary General Nazir Janjua, Ameer’s Adviser Farid Ahmad Paracha, Jamaat-e-Islami Lahore Ameer Ziauddin Ansari, and Jamaat-e-Islami North Punjab Ameer Dr. Tariq Saleem.
