Islamic Countries Must Unite to Confront Challenges: Allama Raghib Naeemi

Shiite News: Chairman of the Council of Islamic Ideology Allama Dr. Muhammad Raghib Hussain Naeemi has said that in the current global situation, Islamic countries must unite against global challenges and work collectively for the strength of the Muslim Ummah. He urged religious scholars and Muslim leaders to promote unity, brotherhood, and cohesion.
He said the entire nation stands shoulder to shoulder with the armed forces to safeguard the country’s security.
He added that Eid-ul-Fitr teaches sacrifice, unity, and service to humanity, stressing the importance of including the underprivileged in collective celebrations.
He expressed these views while addressing an Eid gathering at Jamia Naeemia. He further stated that the Muslim world is facing political, economic, and defense challenges, which require Islamic countries to overcome differences and unite on a single platform.
He called for joint initiatives in trade, education, science, and defense to form a strong Islamic bloc.
He also paid tribute to Pakistan’s armed forces for the success of Operation “Ghazab lil Haq,” stating that the forces demonstrated professionalism and courage by thwarting enemy designs. He said Pakistan is fully capable of defending its territory and responding decisively to any aggression.
Special prayers were offered for the stability, security, and prosperity of Pakistan, as well as for Muslims in Gaza, Palestine, and Iran.
