‘Our fight is yours’: Iranian armed forces pledge to defend Palestine and Muslim Ummah

Iran’s highest operational command unit has issued a powerful expression of enduring brotherhood and commitment to the Palestinian cause amid the ongoing US-Israeli aggression against the Islamic Republic.

The Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters, which coordinates operations between Iran’s Army and the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC), on Sunday night delivered a heartfelt message reaffirming the Islamic Republic’s steadfast support for the Palestinian nation, particularly the resilient people of Gaza.

Addressing Muslim brothers across the region and the people of Palestine in Arabic, the spokesman for the Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters, Lieutenant Colonel Ebrahim Zolfaqari, emphasized that the Palestinian struggle has remained deeply etched in the conscience of the Iranian people since the early days of the Islamic Revolution.

“The Islamic Ummah and the Palestinian nation have always been alive in the conscience of the people of Islamic Iran,” he stated, describing Palestine as an eternal banner of righteousness that no hardship can diminish and no adversity can break.

The spokesperson stated that Iran’s actions stem not merely from self-defense or retribution for its own martyrs, but from a broader duty to safeguard the entire oppressed Islamic Ummah and the Palestinian people, whose blood and sacrifices hold a sacred place in this stance.

“Palestine has never been the issue of a single nation; rather, it has always been and will always be an issue of dignity, right and justice, and an issue of the entire Islamic nation,” Zolfaqari explained.

Directly addressing the people of Palestine and the wider Islamic Ummah, Zolfaqari rejected any notion of isolation in their resistance against the usurping Zionist regime.

“Do not think that you are alone in this field of struggle… we are with you, on a promise that will not change and on a position that will not weaken,” he said.

Praising the Palestinian nation’s qualities of resilience, dignity, patience, and steadfastness across generations, the spokesperson pledged Iran’s continued solidarity.

“We pledge with you to remain steadfast alongside you on this path until the right reaches its people, and Palestine returns to its original owners, dear, free and proud,” he said.

The message from the Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters underscores Iran’s consistent policy of supporting the axis of resistance and standing firmly against oppression.
This statement comes amid heightened US and Israeli aggression against Iran, where the United States and the Israeli regime launched an unprovoked war of aggression on Iran on February 28, assassinating the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, as well as several top military commanders.

Iran immediately began to retaliate against the aggression by launching barrages of missiles and drone attacks on the Israeli-occupied territories as well as on US bases in regional countries.
