Sayyed al-Houthi declares full military readiness against Israeli aggression
Sayyed Abdul-Malik al-Houthi, the leader of Yemeni Ansarullah movement, offered on Thursday heartfelt condolences to the Islamic Republic of Iran over the martyrdom of its leaders, reiterating a firm stance against Israeli aggression toward Iran, Lebanon, and Palestine.
During his 29th Ramadan lecture on Thursday evening, Sayyed al-Houthi declared that Yemen is fully prepared to respond to any developments militarily.
Military Preparedness
Leader Al-Houthi stressed that “all military options remain on the table,” highlighting ongoing monitoring of potential enemy escalations. He urged the Yemeni people to stay vigilant and united, drawing on historical lessons of security and social cohesion, while encouraging the observance of Eid al-Fitr through worship and avoidance of sin.
Praise for Iran and Warning of Regional Threats
He commended Iran as a model of independent resistance and warned of an intensifying conflict involving “Zionist actors, the United States, and their allies,” who, he claimed, are pursuing strategies—including cultural and moral influence—to weaken Iran and advance the “Greater Israel” plan aimed at dominating the region and threatening Al-Aqsa Mosque.
Critique of Regional Allies and Support for Hezbollah
Sayyed Al-Houthi criticized Arab and Islamic governments that align with Israel enemy and the US, accusing them of providing bases, airspace, and media support to attack Iran. He defended Iran and Hezbollah in Lebanon, noting their resistance amid 15 months of Israeli operations.
Condemnation of US Administration Policies
He labeled the administration of US President Donald Trump as “Zionist,” asserting that key officials advocate policies against Muslims under the guise of ideology and ritual, aiming to justify aggression toward Iran.
Al-Houthi concluded by urging governments and elites to follow the guidance of the Qur’an as a path to salvation, cautioning that alliances with perceived enemies would lead to loss.
