5 civilians killed, 2 injured by Saudi-backed forces fire in Hadramout
At least five civilians were killed and two others critically injured on Wednesday evening when their vehicle came under heavy fire from members of the Saudi-backed “Emergency” forces in the Al-Khash’a area of Hadramout Governorate, eastern Yemen.
A local source reported that the forces opened fire abruptly on a civilian car of “Corolla” type carrying a family, noting that women were among the victims.
The motives for the attack remain unclear.
