Jamaat-e-Islami Karachi Condemns US Interference in Iran

Shiite News: A delegation led by Maulana Munim Zafar Khan, head of Jamaat-e-Islami Karachi, visited the Iranian Consulate in Karachi and met with Consul General Akbar Isa Zadeh.
Khan congratulated the Consul General on his posting and condemned US interference in Iran’s internal affairs.
The Iranian Consul General highlighted that international sanctions and pressures contributed to inflation and peaceful protests in Iran, which were handled effectively by Iranian security forces despite attempts by terrorist groups to exploit the unrest.
Khan reaffirmed Jamaat-e-Islami’s solidarity with the Iranian government and people, praising Iran’s support for Hamas and resistance movements as a model for Islamic unity.
The delegation also emphasized strengthening cultural and economic ties between Pakistan and Iran.
