Martyrdom Anniversary of Shaheed Rizvi Observed

Shiite News: A grand memorial gathering was held at Amphitheatre Gilgit on the martyrdom anniversary of the Shaheed leader of Gilgit-Baltistan, Agha Syed Ziauddin Rizvi, with the participation of prominent religious scholars, political and social figures, and a large number of people from different walks of life.
Several scholars addressed the gathering, highlighting the services, sacrifices, and steadfast stance of the martyred leader.
Addressing the gathering, Leader of the Shia Ummah of Gilgit-Baltistan, Agha Syed Rahat Hussain al-Hussaini, emphasized that unity of the Ummah is the key to every success.
He stated that when the Ummah works with unity, determination, insight, and adherence to central leadership, it can overcome all challenges and conspiracies.
He urged the people to remain vigilant and united in order to safeguard their religious and collective interests.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, Dua-e-Wahdat was offered, formally marking the end of the event.
On this occasion, Agha Syed Baqar Kazmi presented a resolution expressing grave concern over the fact that the killers of the oppressed martyr, Agha Syed Ziauddin Rizvi, have still not been arrested.
The resolution demanded the immediate arrest of the perpetrators and their prosecution in a court of law. Participants endorsed the resolution with resounding chants of Allahu Akbar.
