US Threats Against Iran Reflect Imperialist Mindset: Former Jamaat-e-Islami Chief Siraj-ul-Haq

Shiite News: Former Ameer of Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan, Siraj-ul-Haq, has stated that threats of military action against Iran by the US President reflect an old imperialist tactic aimed at seizing the resources of weaker nations.

In a statement posted on X (formerly Twitter), he said this is the same colonial mindset through which Britain and France once divided the world into colonies. Siraj-ul-Haq warned that Iran is targeted today, but tomorrow another country could face the same fate.

He urged Pakistan and all Muslim countries to remain vigilant, adding that mere appeasement of the United States will not guarantee safety. He stressed that the time demands Muslim nations to stand practically with brotherly countries rather than limiting themselves to verbal statements and formal condemnations.

According to him, failure to unite today will result in imperial powers targeting Muslim countries one by one.
