We have lost trust in NAP and Apex Committee: Allama Raja Nasir Abbas

Central Secretary General of MWM Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jafri while talking at a press conference said that even the UN raised its voice over terrorist incidents in Jacobabad and Bolan on 8th and 9th Muharram respectively but ruling elites of Pakistan had remained silent.

“Law enforcement agencies had promised us at the time of Shikarpur incident to conduct a n operation in the entire Sindh but that did not happen and incidents of Chalgari and Jacobabad took place. Whoever died during this war against terrorism is respectable and state institutions should end the discrimination”, Allama Nasir said while talking to the press at Catholic ground in Soldier Bazar.

He further said “We have lost trust in the NAP and Apex Committee. The objectives for which these departments were created, those actions cannot be seen anywhere. We strongly supported the operation Zarb e Azb but now we are getting disappointed from it. Bans on religious scholars in Punjab is an attack on our democratic, legal and constitutional rights”.

Allama Raja Nasir Abbas also appealed to people of Jacobabad to come out of their homes on 20th Muharram. Hindu, Sikh and Ahl e Sunnat all were present in the 9th Muhrram’s procession in Jacobabad therefore, everyone should stand up against this menace of terrorism. This journey of awareness that is starting from Jacobabad will make the terrorists and their heads restless”.

He also invited people of Shikarpur to become a part of this protest and said “the whole Sindh will now be on roads until justice is done”. Allama Nasir Abbas also prayed for the families of those who passed during the previous day’s earthquake and asked the government to help the effected people in every possible way.
