Six Terrorists of Banned Lashkar-e-Jhangvi Killed

Shiite News: Police, Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) and local peace committees conducted a joint operation against the banned militant outfit Lashkar-e-Jhangvi in the Takhti Khel area, resulting in the killing of six terrorists and injuries to several others.
According to details, militants belonging to the banned Lashkar-e-Jhangvi used drone devices to target civilian houses during the operation, leaving multiple civilians injured.
Law enforcement agencies immediately cordoned off the area and launched a comprehensive search and clearance operation.
The operation is being directly supervised by DIG Bannu Region Sajjad Khan and DPO Lakki Marwat.
Heavy contingents of police, CTD and peace committee members are present on the ground to prevent any further untoward incidents.
DIG Bannu Region stated that the protection of life and property of citizens remains the top priority of the police, adding that indiscriminate and strict action against terrorists will continue. Additional forces have been put on high alert to deal with any emergency situation.
