Maulana Sohail Akbar Shirazi Condemns Assault on Allama Raja Nasir Abbas

Shiite News: MWM Balochistan leader Maulana Sohail Akbar Shirazi has strongly denounced the Punjab government’s use of water cannons containing hazardous and toxic water against peaceful protesters, including Senator Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jafri.
He termed the act inhumane, unconstitutional, and a blatant violation of democratic norms and international human rights laws.
Maulana Shirazi stated that violence against a senior religious scholar and parliamentary leader is an attack on democracy, dignity, and public conscience.
He warned that the Shia community will not be intimidated by authoritarian tactics and demanded immediate, transparent investigations and strict legal action against those responsible.
