Civil society protested at Karachi Press Club against Daesh

Civil Society on Wednesday protested in front of Karachi Press Club against Daesh’s presence in Karachi. Doctors, Professors, scholars, engineers, lawyers and members of civil society participated in the protest. Protestors were raising play cards and banners with slogans against Daesh. They demanded the government to take effective measures in view of Daesh’s increasing threat in Karachi and to end its network by arresting 53 terrorists present in Karachi and severely punishing them. Speakers at the protest said that severe actions should be taken against people who are supporting Daesh in Karachi.
