TTP Has Pledged Allegiance to Mullah Haibatullah, Reveals Prof. Ibrahim

Shiite News: Professor Muhammad Ibrahim Khan, Ameer Jamaat-e-Islami (South KP), has revealed that the TTP has pledged allegiance to Taliban supreme leader Mullah Haibatullah, yet continues to openly violate his directives.
He stated that jihad requires unity of leadership, while TTP remains fragmented into factions. He reminded that the Taliban leader has strictly ordered that Afghan soil must not be used for militancy against any country, and no attacks should be launched outside Afghanistan—commands that are religiously binding upon TTP.
The JI leader urged that internal security responsibilities in KP and Balochistan be returned from the military to the police, who must be fully equipped with modern weapons, vehicles and resources.
He criticised the complete closure of the Pak-Afghan border, which has devastated local economies and livelihoods. He also advised Deputy PM Ishaq Dar to avoid unnecessarily inflammatory rhetoric and to maintain diplomatic restraint.
