CCD Arrests Lashkar-e-Jhangvi Terrorist in Bahawalnagar

Shiite News: A terrorist affiliated with the banned Lashkar-e-Jhangvi (LeJ) was arrested in injured condition following an alleged encounter with the CCD on Godi Road, Bahawalnagar, while his accomplice managed to escape.
According to CCD officials, the suspects were stopped at a checkpoint when the motorcycle riders opened fire on the police. In retaliatory fire, one militant was injured and subsequently taken into custody.
The arrested terrorist has been identified as Mehboob Ali, who was shifted to a hospital for medical treatment. Authorities have launched a cordon and search operation to track down the fleeing accomplice.
