Punjab government should abstain from conspiring against mourning (azadaari)

Central Secretary General of MWM Allama Raja Nasir Abbas while addressing the ‘Warisan e Wilayat (Heirs of wilayah) conference’, said “Allah (swt) sent the ‘nizam e wilayah’ (system of wilayat) through His Prophets for the welfare and prosperity of the human society which, after the Last Prophet (PBUH), was transferred to a righteous and virtuous Imam on the day of Ghadeer. Wilayah of Ali (as) was the continuation of Prophets’ wilayah and was from the side of Allah (swt). Allah (swt) sent this system according to the needs of humans and it contains politics, economy and sociology as well. This system is known as Wilayah and its leader is the Imam and today, when Imam, by the will of Allah, is in occultation the leadership of this system is in the hands of a ‘Faqih’ (jurist) and we are proud of our leader who has been fighting against the enemies of Islam.”

“The world has again divided into two blocs. One bloc is of Capitalism and Liberalism, whose leader is Obama, and the other bloc is of Wilayah, whose leader is Wali e Faqih. These two forces have been at odds in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Yemen, Syria and Pakistan and unfortunately Saudi Arabia, Turkey and Egypt have come up against Wilayah by becoming a part of the other bloc. Nawaz government in Pakistan, in order to please Saudi Arabia, has been involved in plots against followers of Wilayah”, he added.   

Raja Nasir Abbas further said “Pro- Saudi Nawaz government has diverted the National Action Plan that was initially made against terrorists, towards Shias and Sunnis who are against Saudi Arabia. The government has banned Ahl e Sunnat in Punjab to recite even ‘Durood Shareef’ on microphone and now trying to restrict azadaari (mourning) by making laws against it”. He asked the government if this is its war against terrorism.

He said “we will not move away from azadaari (mourning) and will foil your conspiracies by celebrating Muharram with full zeal and valor”. Allama Nasir Abbas also requested Ahl e Sunnat brothers to fully participate in azadaari (mourning), this year, so that takfiriat could be halted in Pakistan. He also requested leaders of MWM to arrange press conferences on regional level to denounce Punjab government’s laws against azadaari (mourning).
